How an event is captured will be discussed in detail with the organiser at the planning stage to provide the coverage and style required. Whether the event is a formal or informal one our aim is to capture the essence of your event working quickly and unobtrusively. Guests photographed are given details of the private web site address which they can access and download photos free of charge. The website can be customised with company logos or other text/images as required. A CD of all the images used on the web site is also provided for the event organiser as a keepsake. Images can also be supplied optimised for company websites/intranets.

Cost
The event organiser pays for the service rather than individual guests who are able to access and download photos for free from the website, making this service a great addition to your event. The cost depends on location and number of photos required. Please contact us for further information.
